Description
::UNDER CONSTRUCTION::

This is an early preview of a full game mod. Chapter 1 is done and there will hopefully be a total of 3 chapters. As of now it adds two new weapons to the game with another two more planned. One for each additional chapter. It will also add more enemies. A few basic stand-ins are in place now. Those will eventually be replaced with new models as well as a few more yet to be seen.

This mod also adds a new Nsola7 Game with the HD Police Weapons Pack.
This new game mode slightly changes the starting room where you can access the new weapons and collect ammo for the new weapons. The room also has a storage container so you can stock up on ammo before you leave. Make sure you spawn the amount of ammo you want for the entire game as once you leave the modified start room you cannot go back.

The generator room tips:
1: If you run through the "story" without reading anything, you may miss the Phalanx Machine Pistol in the supply closet. You will have little chance of getting past the generator room with out that weapon.

2: I have placed explosive gas tanks at each corner on each level of the generator map. The slow enemies require too much ammo to kill with bullets. You have maybe enough Phalanx ammo to kill one or two by shooting in an emergency, but use the gas tanks if you can.

3: The hole in the wall spawn points. As long as you stand next to one of the spawn point holes, you will not be attacked from that spawn point. If you stand in the middle of two spawn points you can be attacked from either direction. It's good to move, especially when kiting the heavies. Just don't stand in the middle of two points, you can be attacked by two sides at any time. If you stand in the center of the map on the stairs or catwalk, you can get surrounded. The stairs are the absolute worst place to be. The second floor in one of the corners is probably the safest.

4: I have attached a walkthrough video that is set on normal if you should need anymore guidance. (combat starts at about the halfway point in the video) I tried to blunt my reaction times artificially to simulate not knowing where the spawn points are after the generator room. There is also a video of the simulator hard mode. Give the simulator a try. It is a challenge on hard, but it is also fun.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The current lighting is experimental. I don't expect low end machines to handle this very well. Even with a high end game machine you will want to turn your shadows down. The room lighting is built around "medium" shadow settings. Not only for performance, but also the look of the softer shadows.

The Low Spec Selection Clicker you get at the start of the game is there if you need it. All you need to do is use the clicker in any room that has a low spec option and it will turn off reflections and a number of lights globally. This should help with the frame rate on low end hardware.

I find it fascinating just how creative modders can be, even when the game they are modifying is so niche.

I will not lie, I am impressed with what you managed to pull off with Haydee 2 engine.

This is some high quality stuff. wish the devs gave you more tools to work with cause this was an amazing experience that plays nothing like the regular game but has its own form and body. When you make the continuation please do be very vocal and i also pray the devs notice your work and pull you on. You know a thing or two about how to make a game. props and much love

Just finished this. This is very approachable compared to the main game which is punishing. Will have to recommend this mod/dlc for anyone starting haydee 2

I will say this has quickly become one of my favorite maps with just how more alive it feels and how there is more than just the you wake up and need to figure out what to do blindly. Love the cut scenes and how they give so much more to the story and atmosphere of the map. Really hope to see more when it's ready.

Just saw that there's a simulator mode!
I'm surprised that Edith can handle that many spawns without slow downs.
But perhaps that depends on the computer's strength.
I do wonder if eventually a despawn mechanic might need to be implemented if the author plans on having larger encounters in other chapters.
But so far, there's actual replay value!

One of the most intricate maps from this game.
Cutscenes have been done before in other maps, but not like the ones featured here.
Closest a cutscene has gotten as good as these would be from the Pools map.
Combat mechanics are nice as well; doesn't deviate from what one is used to in the main game, but enemy density is way higher, making the exploding canister helpful.
Also rewards exploration with a machine gun!
I'm not sure what else there is, but for it's brevity, it leaves you wanting more!
Do play the map with the HD Customizer mod subscribed, though. It'll make the npcs show up.
Can't wait for the next chapter.:steamthumbsup::steamhappy:
