Aegis Solo Shuttle

Description
When all else fails, the personal class versatile shuttle Aegis is your best and only companion.


I present to you my Aegis Solo Shuttle, the design disaster made to be played alone, a true test of your ability where even the shuttle is designed to work against you while also offering every tool needed to overcome any situation

There's a logbook with information about the submarine inside the captain's supply cabinet

Gimmicks:
  • Very smol
  • Crew size: 1-2
  • Reactor runs on its own
  • Hulls have shuttle health (health halved)
  • Very fast for some reason (60 km/h)
  • One ladder connects both hatches, making for very messy work
  • Comes with a Clock, it counts up when undocked, track how far you survived
  • Fabricator and deconstructor allow skilled players to pull themselves back up from an otherwise lost run

Command Panel:
  • Battery left: Counts down once reactor is shut down
  • Reactor temp: Averages to 5000, if it goes further then the reactor is overheating

Navigation Buttons:
  • SELF-DESTRUCT: Shuts down reactor
  • DON'T TOUCH ME: Electrical discharge
  • NUT: Nuke

  • Change up all the legacy stuff with their updated counterparts

In solo mode, bots are unable to repair devices and the hull in the ballast. You have no idea how many times my engineer has said "Unable to reach fabricator in Ballasts!"

I cant belive i would be more triggered for missing platform when i open the bottom hatch and all minerals falling off the ship thats how i learned there are staion interation when you try to leave to far... Thanks i guess? Lol

Guys, in order to fix the airlock path for the bots, just drag the waypoint 25 to the ladder and then link the waypoint 25 to the waypoint 622, they will recognize the ladder and climb it without any problems.

If you never used the editor before, after opening the sub, there's an eye there and you can toggle the waypoint visibility to edit it

2734 - 100% - Solo - Died after losing ballast tank with no welding fuel slowly running out of power and oxygen while desperately attempting to rewire the shuttle to be more efficient with energy consumption until finally being killed by loss of oxygen at the sea floor. (It was a kill monster mission) (also i had to expend welding fuel on welding shut the doors to prevent some husks getting in)

Not sure if this is relevant for anyone, but just in case: regarding the Bot unable to get to airlock issue - if you edit the waypoints by UNLINKING the blue ones on the top and bottom exit hatches and connect them sequentially to the ones on the ladder, it fixes the pathfinding and they can normally move throughout the sub.

You can do it simply by relinking the existing waypoints, just make sure the BLUE ones aren't DIRECTLY connected, and are instead connected to the closest "normal" ones.

just dont bother repairing deconstructor and fabricator unless you're going to use those, the reactor is intentional, as the ship's main downside is the maintenance required.

there a reason that the deconstructor, fabricator and nuclear reactor are inside the airlock? so everytime one leaves the ship - you have to repair everything again and again?

besides of that it is a really nice ship :steamthumbsup:
