Description
Undertale sound effects over player sounds. Just as simple as it SOUNDS, ha ha get it?

It replaces:
Healing for player drinking and eating. (Also affects pets spawning sound.)
Soul Breaking for player death.
Damage for player taking damage. (Totally unexpected.)
Soul color change for restored mana.
Level up for life fruits, life and mana crystals. (Also affects Bewitching Table and Crystal Ball sounds.)

Осталось лишь только экран смерти сделать, то есть экран затемняется и сердечко раскалывается. Ну и там важные штучки типа сколько монет вы потеряли и секунд до возрождения

Did you activate the texture? Put it over the other sound textures? If not, then try restarting your computer, if it doesn't work maybe I'm dumb or something is really off.
