Solar Repair Pad(Orbit)

This base has a Container controller with 2 extensions for 24,000 kSU, as well as an Advanced Constructor, Health Station, ATM, and O2 Station. Nothing fancy here, just a large pad for landing/repairing anything up to a medium sized CV. The underside of this base is also painted for deployment as an orbital station.
