PP-Dragonfly

Small-sized scout sub for the PP platoon, designed to optimise the effectiveness of a minimal crew in an extended voyage. Comes with a manless drone linked so up to 3 members can operate it at the same time.

The same "smart" airlock designed in the PP-Hauler is applied here. The one-man gunnery is capable of operating both frontal turrets with a single periscope, and a 3rd turret can be installed to cover the bottom-left section of the sub.

My main focus on the Dragonfly is a "boost" system and a "stealthed" system.

"Boost" system:
- The Dragonfly has a 2nd set of engines and pumps that can be turned on for the extra oompf a captain might want.
- The system is wired to a supercapacitor to minimise the chances of power issues.
- This system drastically improves the Dragonfly's agility, to add onto it already being a nimble scout sub.

"Stealth" system:
- The Dragonfly is capable of shutting off almost all onboard lighting, both interior and exterior.
- This system does not compensate for or override noise and sonar footprint, and does not guarantee that the sub is safe from danger if the crew misuses the submarine.
- The PP-Overwatch drone is unaffected by this system. You have to manually shut off its main searchlight.

PP-Overwatch
- Admittedly a (currently) poorly field-tested unit.
- Requires a pilot, and allows a gunner on its mounted coilgun, plus a 360 coverage searchlight for the captain. This totals to 3 people who can operate the drone at once.
