Description
Improve base trade volume of Docks and Harbors to 1000 and 2000 respectively. Harbors upgrades of auto-trade volume are scaled up to 2x, 3x, and 4x. Auto-trade slots for Docks and Harbors are increased to 8 and 12 respectively.
