Description
Sets some Datasheet Flags to help with debugging (sadly needs a new save?)

Errors which occur in game will display on the screen. This is helpful to be able to correlate a exception occurring with a in game bug for reporting purposes.

Additionally, More logging flags have been enabled so that the output log contains more information of current game state.
