Description

Ideology's Moral Guides and Leaders automatically have inflated expectations. This mod gets rid of that.

Why?
I found Leaders and Moral Guides to be more or a nuisance, rather than an interesting perk of Ideology. So I made this mod primarily for myself, but it's uploaded in case anyone wants it. :)

Is it compatible with Mod x?
Probably? It's a pretty lightweight XML patch. But I can't make any promises.

Works fine in 1.6 even with Odyssey memes, precepts, etc.

Everyone remembers, back when obama got elected, by the 8th year, he was raging over not being delivered coca-cola. Basically every presidential decision made was a result of his -12 mood debuff.
