Changed out plasma for railguns as I like to loot things I shoot and plasma blows everything up.
Also replaced laser turrets with direct-fire laser to make it easier to manage the laser ammo usage.

Result: 11 railguns, 4 lasers

Added an extra generator and fixed blocked thrusters in "must have clear thrusters" mode. Sits at 98% cpu, which is acceptable to me. I use the lasers for ground troops, instead of adding an extra gatling, although that might be an option for later.
