Fast Recall

Makes the Magic Mirror, the Ice Mirror, the Cellphone, the Magic and Demon Conches, and the Shellphone have a shorter animation and use time - in other words, it makes them faster to use, much like using a Recall Potion.

Comes with a config for toggling Fast Recalls for each type of item. Also allows adding custom items that will be faster, and changing the factor by which the items are sped up by.

That's it.
