4-6-2 CBQ Pacific Commuter

The Burlington Route, formally known as the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad, was a Class I railroad that operated in the Midwest of the United States. The company merged with Northern Pacific and Great Northern Railroad to form the Burlington Northern Railroad.

This train is modeled after their 4-6-2 Pacific series of steam locomotives. The passenger train is based off the many commuter trains the Burlington Route ran in Chicago in the first half of the 20th Century before dieselization.






Comes with automatic engine reverse feature: spawns the engine in front of the direction the train goes. comes with custom sound effects for movement and horn.
imported with a prototype mod to reduce the texture compression in game so the file size is large

Train functions as a regular passenger train but due to its length some additional consideration might be needed when setting up passenger stations for it. Consult the "How to use very long passenger trains, building station complex" by REV0
