Dota 2 But Hitch a Ride

Description
All heroes now have Hitch a Ride from the start of the game. It have 15 seconds cooldown and a simple Stampede will be applied to the caster.

The host can set the Ride duration and Stampede duration in the game setting. Default values are 30 seconds Ride and 10 seconds Stampede.

HINT: A hero can give ride to multiple heroes, but a hero can only ride one hero at a time (hope that makes sense).
