More Sacrifice Recipes Sandbox

A large sandbox map in which you can play around with a few custom sacrifice recipes. It doesn't override the old ones, those still exist, there's just new ones, too. It's in MPD for the sake of having on-command enemies to mess with. There are some limitations to this: Mendecaus will still think you got the wrong recipe. I have ideas how to polish that up, but I'll implement them later. This is more to prove a concept, rather than be a polished finished product.
You start with a giant bard named "Guide Book." Give him a good slap to get him to tell you the custom recipies.
