Kamikaze Drone (Anti-Structure)

This is another version of my Kamikaze Drone, it's script is a little more complicated and this one packs a larger payload.

The drone is scripted to instantly kill all vehicles, buildings, etc in a 15 meter radius (again, configurable) but leaves players alive so that no instant deaths occur and medics have a slight chance. I know some people can hate it but if you're too close to the explosion - you'll die very fast anyway.
