Wolf Extraction Quest

Description
Updated to B42
B42 update is finally here! This wouldn't have been possible without your incredible support. A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported me in any way – whether through donations, kind words, or noiseless patience. You were my motivation, and I couldn't have done it without you!

Please consider to support my work , this mod is my passion project, and I want it to be a source of fun for you.
Your future support is what will make it possible for me to dedicate the time and effort to make these improvements happen:
1) Fix existing bugs & keep the mod up-to-date with future game versions
2) Add depth and variety to the extraction quest with a brand NEW EXPANSION MOD (already in alpha stage now).

A configurable endgame quest/mission/challenge.

You stare at the map in your hands, tracing the lines with your finger... the dying man had pressed it into your palm, his last gift to you.
He had whispered about an extraction point, where a helicopter would come to save you. But you needed a military walkie talkie to call the pilot.
You feel a pang of sadness, knowing that the man who gave you the map would never see you make it to safety... but you steel yourself for the dangerous journey ahead.
You fold the map carefully and tuck it into your pocket, ready to begin.

You got a map and an extraction point.
You have to find a military walkie talkie to call the helicopter.
Now you have a mission.
A hope.
A reason not to give up.

You can:
  • Set the maximum number of days to reach the extraction point (or disable it)
  • Select the extraction zone (6 points in Louisville, 2 in Muldraugh, 1 in March Ridge, 1 in Rosewood currently) or pick it randomly.
  • Select also the extraction zone in modded maps (antenna needed): 1 in Raven Creek currently
  • Set the duration of the final extraction event... more hours, more zombies! (You know what happens when a helicopter flies over you, right?!)
  • Set the number of days to wait before the radio signal needed to call the helicopter becomes active (or disable it)
  • Choose how many repeater antennas (advanced antenna item) you must build (and activate in repeater mode) in various places of the map to get enough radio signal strength (or disable it)
  • Set the multiplier to the chance of finding mod related items in the loot of zombie bodies
  • Choose if you must stay near the extraction point during the entire duration of the extraction event (Confined Mode)
  • Choose the final extraction event difficulty multiplier (see notes)
  • Already start with the item needed for the extraction (military walkie talkie)
  • Choose if the quest will NOT be active at the beginning and can only be started after building/using the antenna (Extended Quest Mode)
  • Contact the headquarter using the antenna to request a new extracion zone

@Carmac Same thing on my end. It still errors with a download pending fail. I’m on a Linux based server so have tried the same fixes and no luck.

I tried both links, tried manually wiping all mod files from the server, allow them to re-download, but continue to see the same error in the server logs(DownloadPending -> Fail ID=2987772693). Not sure what to do here.
Any progress @Reditz86?

Same issue as Carmac and Jinon. Also tried your suggested link Wolf. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me.

@Carmac any luck on your end?

@WolfShine There's no issue subbing to the mod client side(steam decks), the server itself is not downloading the mod. Just wondering if you've seen anything like this before, thanks.

Tried for the 3rd time just now:

@Carmac probably is a Steam bug in the download of the updated version, try unsubscribe and subscribe again.

@Sonov Belial Thanks for the suggestion but ss mentioned, the drop of fragments is linked to the death of zombies and not to the areas. However it is possible to modify the drop percentage from the sandbox options.

Same issue as Jinon since the last update. Removing the mod from my dedicated server fixes things. Any idea what happened? From the logs it's seems the mod is failing to download. No issue with other workshop mods.

After the recent update of the mod, my dedicated server can no longer load it as it used to. Do you have any idea what might be causing the issue?
