A crumbling mining site connecting Memory Crypts and Subterranean, now ported to 1.10.

Features:

I'm currently making a custom slugcat & I would Like to have the starting region to be in howling rifts Idk how tho.

It said to report bugs to @GogurtYuri, but I could not reach that account, so I'll just put it here instead. There seems to be some strange behavior around Rivulet's Memory Crypts. Entering SH_E04RIV from SH_H01RIV spits you out in the middle of the room, and SH_E04RIV loops back to SH_E01RIV.
