I didnt do that, he is ingame with the stats given, all the values, level 10, price, perks. ^^
Its actually an existing preset. Gunther, aka. Siegfried.

Idea is really cool, but setting him to level 10 with only 4 perks is not a way to go - without levelling up you wont gain more perks
Moreover, 2 of his perks require much more health than he has (50) to unlock them (70 and 80)

"Copy from" and also extract ui.hpk, then you see the content, also all their pics, etc.
