S463 Olympian - Steam Turbine Locomotive 4-6-6-4

'I need some help, this creation does work but i cant figure something out because it goes fast (original goal) but i need something to be able to not let the rps to the wheels but i have very limited space so i cant fit a clutch but i cant limit the flow other wise it will take up more space adding bypass pipes and i need to sort out the cab but every time i tried it didn't work and i didn't like it , it also needs space for the fuel and it needs more detail on the inside but the body i like and think is fine except for the cab, there is more to go on but that's just the main bits. I really need some help with this and ill mark my other creations which i need help with as i may add compatibility with them so they can be added on to this but yeah ill hopefully 🤞 be able to make carts and a cart to modify to your liking

the full name of this creation is called ' the Olympian luxury class locomotive' a fictional train i don't believe a train like it exists, i used no online source and just went with what i liked. the Olympian is a type of steam engine though i do not know anything about it so it may have been a fast or slow engine but i added it in the name because Olympian runners are fast i hope ill be able to fix this train with your comments' By Major Disastor
