Description
This mod ports over the 2003-2004 citizen animations (most of them) It only works on male citizens and is compatible with any model or NPC that uses the male_shared.mdl

Is not means HLgames released on 2003, it's means this cuted content which is actually the unused animation form the test object that can be place at released version animation
have no idea why some people said game release relevant this act, this absolutely non-sence
