I cant get the second eq in 16 lv because there is no building and the box is floating in the air, mb you can give this chest on the ground or somewhere else?

Or it completely locks you out if you've already completed that portion of the game. Wouldn't hurt to put it somewhere else.

Quest was designed to link with other Novigrad quest. You can get it when you attack witch hunters barracks. Similar with superior at lighthouse. Have to start quest to kill monster there. makes immersion in game greater.

Impossible to get part of the Enhanced diagram, the one marked next to Portside Gate in Novigrad. There's no way to access the area, all doors are locked and no way to climb over walls.
