Better LOD (FlatOut 1)

Description
This mod improves the level of detail distance between dynamic and static objects.

Sadly, it does NOT increase the draw distance, but it can be temporarly fixed by lowering FOV or changing the resolution to a 4:3 or 5:4 aspect ratio.
