Los primis en uno de sus viajes inter dimencionales terminaron en un bosque lleno de nieve y viento y al no poder ver nada son atrapados por la abuela y terminan encerrados en la casa de la misma. ahora la abuela los mantiene encerrados en su casa, y ella utiliza un sistema de camaras para ver su juego de sobrevivientes contra las ordas interminables de zombies.
Ahora tienen que intentar salir de su casa, pero tengan cuidado y mantenganse atentos, ella reciente mente a estado jugando con el elemento 115
lo que provoco que los cadaveres llenos de gusanos revivan de la tumba de los alrededores de su casa y ahora buscan comerles las entrañas y chuparles la sangre a los primis, ahora deberan buscar la forma de escapar de la casa infestada por los muertos vivientes para llegar a un camion subir y escapar de ese tormento.

y a diferencia de los juegos anteriores, si te atrapan ella no los regresara a su cama y dejara que los monstruos se den un festin con su cuerpo, sangre y entrañas.
