8 Player Lobby Starter

Description
Fork of Nexedail's 8 slots lobby fixed addon. Allows 8 players lobbies (Versus and otherwise supported mutations) to be started even with 1 player. This addon doesn't includes modified vanilla gamemodes. Target servers would still need to support holding only 1 player.
