Dota 2 But Random Abilities And Explosive Attacks

Description
Dota 2 but all heroes get 6 new random abilities on spawn and respawn. Any attacking unit deal 60% of the attack damage as magical damage to enemies near the attacked unit.

No aghanim scepter or shard abilities, and some heroes will have no innate. All 6 abilities can be basic or ultimates, without restrictions, but some abilities are not on the pool.
