Dota 2 but attacks give spell amp and casting abilities gives base damage.


- Attacking heroes give 1 stack, need to attack 3 times anything else to gain 1 stack. 0.2% spell amp per stack.

- Gain 16% of the ability's cooldown as base damage (Some abilities are banned or nerfed for 8% of cooldown).
