Speed Up
This mod aims to speed things us, there are only a few changes to the Game Constant to speed up some processes.

Merc Arrival Time reduced to 4hr. Its not working for the inital hire

Travel Times reduced to
River: 80min (from 120min)
Road: 30min (from 50min)
Sector: 3hr (from 6hr)
Water: 1hr (from 2hr)

Game Speed
Enemy Turn: 300% (200% Base)

Unit Speed
Crouch: 2800 (2400 Default)
Prone: 1000 (800 Default)
Standing: 5200 (4800 Default)

Shoot Delay
After Aim
After Aim Cinematic
Shoot Delay
Shoot Delay after interrupt
All reduced by 10%
Action Camera Hold Time (0.2)

Other QoL
No Gold Status Aim Costs
Squad Size increased to 9
Maximum Mercs increased to 18

It is not 100% tested, but so far works with other mods as well.
