walnut, thats correct. the cityscape texture is in fact, new york, with a few edits.
also, if im correct you watched a video by someone named "RileySV". or something like that.

KHR3b, according to a Youtube video I saw on this mod, it's New York City, the same as what was used for the original texture. Just a better choice of photo that looks more like City 17.

hopefully there will be a big conversion onto the workshop, for years i always see "this mod has been trashed" over and over before anybody preserves it

Yeah, somehow when I visited the link displayed on the description, the addon was apparently trashed, and when I checked the account, it was empty.
