Description
Made them more reliable when you are in a pinch.

Vertical punch 2 -> 1 9mm can't hit THAT hard
Spread per shot 1 -> 0.8
Din ducking spread 0.5 -> 0.3
Min standing spread 1.5 -> 1.25
Max movement spread 3 -> 2 now you can run'n'gun
Deploy duration 0.5 -> 0.3
Dual deploy duration 0.65 -> 0.5
Cycle time 0.175 -> 0.15
