Plattenbau LPZ PH-6 Pack

Today I present to you another marvel of Leipzigs socialist pre-fab housing:
The PH-6 (Punkthaus mit 6 Etagen) "point shaped house with 6 storeys" in 2 different colour schemes!

No. 1 version: beige grey
No. 2 version: reddish brown

These blocks of flats have been built in different areas of Leipzig from the mid to late 80s. The beige grey version can be found near Gerichtsweg in Leipzig-Reudnitz, whereas the reddish brown ones had been built in the 8th complex of Leipzig-Grünau ("WK 8"), constructed from about 1981 - 1989, used to fill up spaces too small for regular multi-entrance blocks of flats. Belonging to the same "WBS-70/12000" standard, which has been used by the BKL (Leipzig construction combine) from 1981 onwards, the PH-6 uses the same panel elements as the "ABG/LPZ WBS 1981" making them look just the same (regarding facades), despite having a different overall shape.

Both assets are RICO-enabled, have 72 residential homes (12 per floor) and stand on a 5 x 5 plot. They share the same 1024x1024 texture file (templates kindly provided by MeisterMonis)
Also, just like the other ABG/LPZ WBS blocks, they come with 4 different balcony colours: Red, Orange, Green and White, one of these is randomly chosen when placing down a building!

• RICO Revisited - Mandatory for using those buildings as residentials, otherwise they'll show up as Landmarks
  
• Loading Screen Mod - NOT mandatory, for saving texture file size
  
• neinnew's Concrete Pedestrian Path Set as well as Meister Monis' DDR Concrete bike racks - are only used for decorating the entrances, so: also NOT mandatory
  
• Repaint - can be used to change the afforementioned balcony colours.
