And I really appreciate the kind words regarding the theme! I tried to be faithful to the source material wherever possible, so I'm glad you were able to pick up on the details I added. :) That last level was so big because I tried to include the grappling hook swing across the gap (Jen and Dall in the room with the big pit) and the charge down the hallway, opening of the blast doors, and hurried retreat back (Banks and Rion with the security doors opening onto a room of baddies - though I wish I could have figured out how to tie all 3 nearby doors to that one computer), and of course the duel and sacrifice for Zan. But it was probably a bit much for a single level.
Sorry for the wall of text, but thanks again for playing and giving feedback!
I was worried the laptops objective might be confusing; sorry about that! Was the need to use all laptops what you disliked, or just that the objective wording implied you only needed to use one laptop rather than all of them? The Mission Editor's internal objective name for that was "UseAllLaptops", so I built out the levels before I realized the text shown to the user actually just uses the singular "Laptop" and "Door". I was hoping Level 4, with its 2 laptops, would showcase this first in a less punishing way, but if anyone knows of a way to change the objective text to be more accurate, I'd love to do that.
That laptop objective was there in part as a way to prevent the Dall swap strategy from trivializing the level, but maybe I should have left that option open if you found it a more fun approach. Cool idea using Jen to give Dall that mana before opening the first door!
The only part I didn't like was "use laptop to open doors" task on the very last stage. By priming Dall's swap by having Jen damage her for 1 point, I was able to skip all laptops except last one (the one opening door to Aluminium Falcon) and position everyone on final green squares without opening any other doors, only to be severely disappointed.
I could have fixed it with more swaps (and possibly killing, reviving and damaging Dall to stretch available mana a bit more), but map was lagging due to size and long range swaps were getting a bit too tedious for my taste.
I really liked theme, though. Your take on trash compactor was great. I also liked that final map's green square intended for Obi, pardon, Old Zan was outside of Aluminium Falcon. Great attention to details.
