Turbofuel

Description
Adds a new jet turbine generator fuel, using HECF, coal, and sulfur, making turbofuel, which (by default) burns 4x as long with 3x the PPS as HECF. Also includes HOF as an intermediate fuel option. (Do not add "Useful High Octane Fuel Mod" alongside this one!)

In the config xml, the crafting time is in seconds right?

As per the description, do not install "Useful High Octane Fuel" alongside this mod! Due to the way that mod works, it was not possible to work around and be compatible with it, so I reimplemented its features (as well as some new related bonus features) into this mod.
