Choose to build Regular or Superior Factories.

Superior Factories are more efficient versions of 5 factory types at randomized locations on the map, at the cost of much higher money upkeep.

No longer accepts tools or books to further boost production for balance.

• Superior A+ factories produce at 2X the rate of regular factories using the same input goods and workforce
  
• Much higher money upkeep cost to maintain game balance
  
• Basically: exchange money for less dependence and effort required to produce and transport goods of coal, iron, clay, wood, stone, sand, wheat or milk.
  
• Max production when combining with a Brewboost Hub is equal to 400% regular factory efficiency

Starting upkeep costs:
Brickworks A+: $75,000 / min
Cement Factory A+: $30,000 / min
Cheese Factory A+: $75,000 / min
Paper Mill A+: $30,000 / min
Smelter A+: $75,000 / min

For existing games started before installing this mod, you can build A+ factories anywhere you want. But those spots will become reserved locations.

In order to delete them, just disable the mod and reload the game, save it and then reactivate the mod.
