These are mods that are nsfw, and that I personally think are more "high quality." Some sadly don't have face nor private controls, but most *do* have privates.

My personal favorites (for realism and usability) are "non human" and "cumminham & WarfareMachine playermodels". cumminham's models are extremely realistic.
