The Visigoths can now create puppet states.

I've always believed that diplomacy should be versatile.
Not being able to create puppet states for some factions makes diplomacy a bit incomplete.
And installing mods with a bunch of other functions in diplomacy, not always and not everyone is convenient and necessary.

Compatible with every mods.

A: yes, as long as they don't use the same tables. But you can make sure of it yourself.
