Dynamic Minimap Zoom

In the base game the minimap has three different zoom levels: you're inside, outside, or on a boat.
This mod adds new zoom levels for when you're on a horse or in combat, and an additional adjustment when using your witcher senses, and it makes all of those zoom levels configurable.
It also optionally lets zoom levels change in a smooth animation instead of with a jarring instantaneous change like in the base game.
