Что может мод смотрите на скринах. Активация панели по F10.

PS если вдруг не работает, то попробуйте:
- Открыть файл Program/seadogs.c ( желательно прогой Notepad++)
- В начале файла строки начинаются с - #include
Например строка : #include "achievements.c"
Ищем последнюю похожую строку с #include и после неё вставим:
#include "TorPanel_c\TorPanel_load.c"

Сохранить файл. ( строка всегда должна быть внизу списка #include )
