Fence Columns OCD Fix

Description
Fences, fortifications and force field barriers have the columns appearing at random intervals.

This seems to be intentional but if you are a bit OCD, like me, you may not enjoy that.

This small mod changes them to appear after a fixed number of slabs.

This doesn't change existing fortifications but I may look into that if you enjoy this mod.

Dear Mr. Lukeh. I really like your mods, they breathe new life into this game, which definitely deserves more attention. However, there is one thing that doesn't let me sleep at night. It's the lack of concrete and steel fences. Would it be possible for you to create a mod that would add these structures to the game? I imagine the concrete fence looking like a miniature picture of a concrete wall (one segment), and the steel ones could perhaps use the shape of a metal bed rail. I tried to create this mod myself, but it seems that it requires the use of Blender, which is unfortunately beyond my skills. Best regards and thank you for your work.
