Class 66 Ballast for Portbury Branch (Part 2 of 2)

Description
Double Headed 66 with ballast for the Portbury Branch Part 2

Route:-Bristol- Exeter
NOTE:- Southampton - Salisbury ext is NOT required

DLC for player train:- Powerhaul Class 66 v2.0. WCML over Shap

DLC for some AI:- EWS & Freightliner 08 TOC pk

Standard Scenario ---Difficulty:-Hard ---Duration:- 50 mins

Description:- You rejoin waiting at the Highbury & Burnham Up Loop.
When you get RA, you will go to Bedminster to drop the wagons off.
Then you will run around the train, recouple and take it to the Portbury Branch.
Once you get to Bedminster, you will have some Instructions about how to run around your train,
You will be changing cabs and some signals to SPAD.
Again be careful with the throttle when starting as this Class 66 is very prone to wheelslip.

On the mainline your max speed is 60mph
NOTE. This is a fictional Scenario with some fun AI!

Once again we have added extra places on the HUD from Raildar maps and Google maps along with a few snippets of information where appropriate.

We trust you will enjoy the drive as much as we have had creating it.
Please do leave a comment at the end to let us know how you found it.
All comments are very much appreciated and will always be acknowledged.
All the best
Chris and Nat.

Hi tom.gupta01
Many thanks for playing both parts and for the very kind comments. You are right about the Freightliner Class 66 not being the easiest to drive. We are at present working on another scenario utilising the EWS Class 66 and that, at least doesn't have the bad wheelslip!!:steamhappy:

Best wishes

Two very enjoyable scenarios as always (although personally I would have preferred the Class 70, but only because I find it easier to drive!).

Hi Guy's. Nicely done again & ran very well with no problems. Some good AI's about and the usual snippets of info & a bit of shunting at the end.
I see the 3 LE's were out looking for work again & I didn't know a 7 F had been main line certified.:steamhappy::steamthumbsup:
