Gymkhinda's Painkiller Brew

Weak Painkiller Brew = 6 minute duration
Painkiller Brew = 12 minute duration
Strong Painkiller Brew = 24 minute duration
Henry's Painkiller Brew = Half Day/48 minute duration

Brewing potions is tedious and time-consuming, so I changed the durations to be longer in most cases, shorter in some.
Modifies the Painkiller Brew potion durations to be more consistent with other in this series.

This mod is using Patch Table Files (PTF) so I have broken this mod down into a series so that you can overwrite individual mods without effecting the others.
