Description
DEAD CITY

A pack of two districts — one dark and abandoned, the other ruined and broken. Perfect for slums, combat zones, post-disaster areas, or cordoned-off sectors of your city.




🏚️ Included Assets

Abandoned District:
  • 9 unique buildings with a dark, derelict appearance

Ruined District:
  • 6 damaged variants of the Abandoned District buildings

Props:
  • 2 rubble piles
  • 1 fiery crater




⚠️ Known Issues & Tips

  • These assets are intentionally dark, designed to create shadows and atmosphere.
    • If you're having trouble placing them, temporarily set the weather to Snowstorm for better visibility.
  • Large rubble piles can interfere with selecting nearby props when scaled up — place carefully.
  • Crater is low-poly. Not an issue for the most part, but it can look a bit funky during the Snowstorm weather type. I'll be updating it soon.
  • These are textured, complex assets. Some performance might be lost if you spam way too many.

You can bring some life to the ruins by using the Text prop with dashes (-) to create glowing windows for the buildings.




🔧 Enabling Modded Content

➕ For New Cities:
  1. Enable mod content during city creation.
  2. Click the + icon next to this mod to activate it.

♻️ For Existing Cities:
  1. Go to the Save/Load menu.
  2. Hover over your city’s thumbnail.
  3. Click the gear icon in the bottom-right corner.
  4. Enable this mod in the Save Data Edit screen.




Some assets used are modified from Chuck_CG's Sci-Fi Structures pack.
