Exa school1 : Colatz conjecture.

Description
During the 1950s before the phage began to take over, Professor Zach is teaching computer programming to his students. The school got a licensee from AXIOM, allowing them to use EXA, small robots that can be programmed. This is one of the school sessions.

Zach: Good morning class, today we will be doing an exercise today. We will be programming in the Colatz conjecture. The Colatz conjecture is a famous problem in mathematics and is an very simple algorithm that which uses flow control and arithmetic. The Colatz conjecture take in a number, and if the number is even, divide it by two, else multiply three and add one.So here is your work for today, There are two hosts. One of them is a target, while the other is the result. The target host contains the file that has your number. While the result host contains the register. Grab the file and calculate the next number in the Colatz conjecture, then send the result to the #RESU register in the result host. Then return return everything back to normal. Your code will be tested multiple times to make sure its valid for both odd numbers and even numbers. Anyways, ill let you go.

Zach: Oh, by the way. The person that has the most optimized, I will give you 1 piece of candy. If you can beat my code, I will give you 10 pieces of candy.

@tux1, I know what the lore of exapunks is. This is just my own take before the events of the game.
