Note: these Pirates are BEST for the "Impossible" game settings. They will really crush the other AI players in easier game settings. In the "Impossible" game, most of the AI players will eventually over-come the pirates.

Tough Pirates (14_0, This Mod)

This mod may work without the above listed mods. I haven't tried it that way.

What This Mod Does:

1. Pirates are more active and numerous. The Pirates carry biological bombs, but seldom use them. The Pirate ships are stronger in hit-point defense and weapons. They have more space for weapons.

2. This mod will replace pirate blueprints of the mods before it. It will not affect initial pirate appearance/arrival times.

3. The pirate Frigates and Destroyers use a new short range rapid firing weapon. It's an improved version of the Energy Pellet Machine Gun seen in some of my other mod.
