Description
Simple mod that adds a few commands to the console to host or connect to multiplayer lobby hosted in the local network, bypassing Steam Networking altogether.

This was mainly created for debugging mods in multiplayer, so the user experience isn't very friendly. Sorry!

This mod adds the following F1 Console commands
LocalMultiplayer.StartServer LocalMultiplayer.StartServerAtPort <port> LocalMultiplayer.StartServerAtAddress <ip:port> LocalMultiplayer.StartServerAtAdressAndListenEndpoint <ip:port> <listenEndpoint> LocalMultiplayer.ConnectTo <ip:port> LocalMultiplayer.ConnectToAddress <ip:port> LocalMultiplayer.ConnectToLoopback LocalMultiplayer.ConnectToLoopbackAtPort <port>

Known issues
  • After leaving a shard, the server is automatically closed. Simply run the commands again in the host and all clients to create a new lobby.
