Adds the following items:
- Tiered Battaries
- Tiered Thrusters (atmos hydro ion)
- Tiered Upgrade Modules (Speed Yield Power)
- Tiered Drills

All items have 3 Tiers each items tiers are different:
- some double the resources and productivity
- some add more bonuses like less resource cost
- and some are not doubled but increased by some %

New ore Trinium (Current Texture is a place holder)
New Component Advanced Construction Component (Place Holder Model)
