Description
The law "Vassalage" now only gives a 25% reduction in consumption cost. Base game was 50%. I did this because I use another mod that increases the per turn unit consumption cost of every unit, so a 50% reduction from the base game was extremely over powered.

Change the number yourself, very easy to do.
