Epics law gives 5 happiness

Description
The law "Epics" gives the nearest city +5 happiness when an enemy unit is killed. This is inspired by the mod "Dynamic World" which had this feature at +10 happiness. This makes the law Epic more useful and I feel it isn't too powerful. You can change the number yourself.
