This mod is made with english language and all DLC content in mind and will probably not work if these condition are not met.

Content:
-"Imperial Administration" no longer require the emperor title, give +2 demesne and has been renamed to "Bureaucratic Administration".
-"Total Exclave Independance" is now also immediate if at war.
-Added "Shatter Realm" casus belli for a cost of 8000 prestige 3000 piety and 3500 gold with the same requirement as the "Great conquest" casus belli.
-All kingdom tier title in the western europe region now become hidden when made titular.
-Rulers can now lose their title with a de jure requirement even at war if the related gamerule is active.
-Alliance breaking pirate event no longer happen.
-Added decision to restore ireland and scotland if they do not exist as de jure and requirement are met.
-Added the "Release as tributary" decision for temporary tributary.
-Added the "Release as tributary state" decision for permanent tributary.
-Removed restriction on the ai forging bloodline.
-Members of a dynasty who as already forged a bloodline can now take the "Forge a bloodline" ambition even if they already have one.
-Changed price for "Forge a bloodline" ambition if another dynasty member as already created one to 10000 from 20000.
-Increased maximum ammount of duchies for kings and emperor to 3.
-Major tweak to coalition: decreased the ammount of threat received by annexing land but increased the total ammount gainable by action.
-Major rework of occupation warscore: holding occupation now give 95% less warscore.
