NSB EL 14 Pack

Built between 1968 and 1973 by Thune as a general purpose engine for the Norwegian State Railways, they were seen hauling passenger trains until the 1980s. This is the Norwegian EL 14 locomotive, introduced in 1968 and are still in service today. It is almost finished. Only thing remaining is to maake a cblend/dirt map. But as it is so close to done and there is a while until I can finish it so I'll release it now. It includes 5 liveries from throughout the years. A generic livery will come later. The EL 14 was a popular workhorse for both cargo and passenger service. And is an important addition to any nordic playthroughs. This is what I think is my best looking mod so far and I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do!

These locomotives were used on heavy freight trains and on cross-country passenger trains on the Dovre Line and Bergen Line. When the more powerful EL 18 came in the mid 90's, the EL 14's were retired from passenger service and transfered to NSB Gods (Now CargoNet). EL 14 is a licensed-built version of the Swiss Ae 6/6 and technically almost identical. Though the EL 14 became heavier and more powerfun than its Swiss counterpart. They were also designed to be an univeral locomotive and were used all over Norway and Sweden.
