Lost Factions Unit Cap Adjustments

Description
This mod adjusts the unit caps for the Lost Factions submod for the Dawnless Days. Some units have their caps completely disabled while others have their caps increased. It is intended to bring the caps closer to the previous 0.8.5 version of the Dawnless Days. Load this mod above the Lost Factions mod in order for it to work.
