War for the Mountains Unit Cap Adjustments

Description
This mod adjusts the unit caps for the War for the Mountains submod for the Dawnless Days. Some units have their caps completely disabled while others have their caps increased. It is intended to bring the caps closer to the previous 0.8.5 version of the Dawnless Days. Load this mod above the War for the Mountains mod in order for it to work.
